Hairpieces

So friends, I have started a new hobby. Hair bows for grown-ups! I started making some for Nora but she just takes them out. And then I thought, I love funky bows and flowers in my hair, I bet there are other ladies out there would like some sophisticated hairpieces as well. I will post more later. This is just my favorite. While on his mission my brother gave me a huge container of buttons, old smelly vintage buttons. Best present I ever got! They have been giving the hairpieces so much character! I love my new hobby.

Ugliest Birthday Cake EVER!!

So this was my Birthday cake. Nora noticed at about 4:30 pm that there was no cake, no candles, no ballons, and no presents. So I made myself a cake, with the help of Alyssa we made this fine display. It tasted really good, marble cake filled with nutella and raspberry with chocolate chip frosting. Youm-o! Nora insited that I get pink candles so I did. I am greatful for my little girl, she loves me!
As an after birthday present to myself I went and got my hair did. I like it, I think it is cute and flirty.
I need a vacation. That is all.

Big News!

Our family is starting a new chapter in our lives. We are moving to Smithfield, Utah!!!! It is just North of Logan, Utah. We have been busy packing and cannot believe how quick this is coming up! We will head West on December 8th!!! Our Internet and home phone will end on December 3rd so call the cell phone after that. Next post will be from Utah! WooHoo!!

That time of Year

Yes, that time of year is upon us. The time of baking to heat the house. The time of baking in order to gain weight to stay warm. The time of year that I love the most and my body hates me for the most. I think I will be making these sweet little babies soon.
